Background:
I'm currently a PhD candidate at the Royal Holloway University of London studying Music Composition, exploring the contemporary sonic practice and the influence of Chinese culture. I have composed a large amount of music for film, commercial, video games, and video production. Most recently I composed music for an indiegame 'DCDOR' and won a game competition; dance theatre 'The Little Prince', as well as a documentary film 'Peripheral Television in an Era of Plenty'. In addition, I'm an Associate Fellowship of the HEA, teaching composition courses at Royal Holloway University of London, supervising undergraduate-level composition, music technology, and master-level Live/Studio recording techniques. I can teach and supervise students for Composition, Music Technology (Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Max, Sibelius, Sampling, Synthesis), Electronic Music, and Music for Media.
